Founded in 1969, Outdoor Resorts is widely recognized as the foremost developer of luxury
recreational vehicle resorts in the United States. In its 30-year history, the company has developed
25 resorts and hosted millions of rental guests. Locations are chosen based on the beauty of the
surrounding area and proximity to premier vacation destinations like beaches, mountains, lakes
and national parks.
Outdoor Resorts currently operates 10 properties, with more under development.

Our resorts have a beckoning landscaped entry with reception/administrative office and
parking area as you enter.
Wide, paved roadways
The sites are located along wide, paved roadways with individual
hook-ups for electrical power, water, sewer, cable TV and telephone.
Worldclass amenities
Amenities include expansive
clubhouses, golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts, spas, exercise rooms, health clubs and
in some cases, convenience stores, marina facilities and restaurants.
Lush landscaping and common areas
Lush landscaping and elaborately manicured common areas characterize the resorts, and
many have lakes or streams with fountains.
